Your time is much too importance to be lifting furniture, placing ads, waiting for the phone to ring, waiting for people to show up and haggling with buyers. That is where we come in.

 We accept items like chairs, sofas, loveseats, dressers, tables, armoires, accent pieces, nightstands, buffets, hutches, oil paintings, framed prints, silk greenery, florals and other high end home furnishings. We only accept items which we determine to be in current style, excellent condition and properly priced. We intend to sell each and every item you consign; therefore, we will only accept items we believe we can sell.

 We carefully evaluate each item and tag it with the best price. We then showcase your items in our beautifully designed showroom. Just give us a call or come in and we can talk about your items.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will you consign my items?

We will showcase your furnishings for a maximum of 120 days. After 60 days, any unsold items are reduced 20%, then 30% after 90 days. Should your item not be sold after 90 days, you have to option of removing it from the sales floor.

How will get paid?

There are two ways for you to receive payment. The first is to simply have a check mailed to you. We mail checks on the 15th of each month for any items sold during the previous month. Or if you prefer, you may shop at the store at anytime and use any credit in your account for sold items. It is that simple!

How do I pay for your service?

We become a partner with you on your consigned pieces. Therefore, we will always try to get you the highest possible price. This benefits us both, you and Past Perfect. Once the item sells we will provide you with one half of the selling price. Consignors pay a one-time fee of $20.00 to set up a consignor account.
